I have recently had a wood floor installed in my sitting room which looks beautiful. The fitters were polite and efficient, the installation being completed in one day.Although there was a bit of a wait between deciding to go ahead with the project and it actually happening, it's been well worth it!

The flooring that 3 Oak provides is incredibly high quality, there’s lots of choice in their Northfields showroom, and Thomas was super knowledgeable about the options on offer. We are over the moon with our parquet flooring and Dimi and Max did a fantastic job at installing, and made sure the finish was perfect. Probably the best thing we’ve done for the whole house renovation.

I cannot recommend Thomas, Slawa and the team at 3 Oak highly enough. The craftsmanship and attention to detail with which my floors were fitted was exceptional and shows very clearly in the wonderful quality of the finished product. The team were efficient, thorough, extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and were always on hand to answer any questions and make suggestions.I am absolutely delighted with the finished product and that is totally down to the team at 3 Oak and their expertise. Very very happy customer. Would highly recommend.

We used 3 oak for supply and fit for our engineered wood flooring. Thomas and his colleague were very helpful with all our questions. They are on the pricey end, but were the only plank we liked that survived the strawberry test.Installation dates can be quite far in the future and we had to bump ours a few times because of builders/plumber delays or screed not being dry enough. Don't fret though, as they usually had some other reschedules and could fit us in earlier than initially agreed.Installation went smoothly. The team was courteous and kept us informed on what is going on. We chose a complicated design to interlock with the tiles, with which they were very detail oriented and did the cutting carefully always double checking with the tiles dry-laid. Bare in mind such service is for extra cost.Photos are from installation day, so the rooms were still awaiting more painting and dressing.

Top quality floors from a top quality company. We used 3 Oak to supply and fit our new floors and we cannot be more pleased. Ben gave us great advice, recommended we use wide and long boards for our space and he was spot on. The fitting team were very professional and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend!
